Chalet Pleney is in an envied position in Morzine right on the Pleney piste, ski in ski out when the snow permits, but it is also just a 5 minute walk to the Pleney lift. It is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery with spectacular views in all directions and is also within an easy 5 minute walk from the town square and all the bars restaurants and shops.
The free resort bus runs nearby and takes 10-minutes to get to the Prodains gondola. The chalet can sleep between 16-25 people in 9 ensuite bedrooms and a large spacious living area, with plenty of sofas for everyone and a gorgeous fireplace. There is also an additional TV room perfect for children with DVD player, Netflix and Games.
The dining area can seat up to 24 adults and has amazing views across the valley,. The chalet has extensive off-road parking, a private garden and an outdoor hot tub and sauna – plenty to keep everyone entertained and relaxed.

"Stayed at Chalet Pleney first week of March, 24 adults and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Super centrally located in Morzine and 5 mins walk to the bus stop for the bus to Avoriaz. Rooms super comfy and warm and such a bonus having a hot tub and sauna! "
"There was a sizeable boot / drying room which was kitted out with everything you need to ensure that all your boots / kit was warm and dry for the following day!
There was also a hot tub in the garden along with a sauna, which were brilliant to soothe the end of day aches and pains (made much easier with a glass of champagne in the hot tub!)
In short, if you're looking for a chalet that sleeps (I think) up to 24 people then look no further!"

"The accommodation was 5* with every bedroom having it's own en-suite bathroom and our bedroom even had a mezzanine so if the kids wanted to sleep with us they could (thankfully they didn't!!). Each room also has its own balcony, just adding to the luxury feel."

The chalet is in a fantastic location for the lifts, great views and a few minutes walk into town. The accommodation was fabulous - very comfortable beds, spacious lounge and dining areas, hot tub and sauna. Plenty of parking and room to securely store bikes. Morzine is perfectly placed to enjoy several top class golf courses. With the Les Gets golf course on the doorstep and the course at Avoriaz only a stone's throw away you can enjoy a round of golf surrounded by magnificent views of the Alps. A little further afield, you can play at the spectacular PGA course at Evian on the shores of Lac Leman or play at Chamonix in the shadow of Mont Blanc.

FB Freeride
This shop is right by the Pleney bubble. They always have a fantastic quality of skis and are super helpful. Their skis and boots are new each season so you always get the up to date designs. They also keep your skis and boots overnight if you are not skiing back to the chalet - or wanting to go straight out for a bit of 'Apres'!!

ESI Easy2Ride at Morzine
This ski school taught all our children to ski - and some adults too!! They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable - and patient!!! They speak French and English and have amazing teachers that absolutely love what they do.

In general all the restaurants in Morzine are of high quality, with excellent offerings of steak, pizzas and all things mountain food - such as fondu, pasta and raclette. We do have a few favourites. For a great pizza, we like L'Etale or L'improviste, for a fab steak we like La Rotunde and La Chaudanne is also excellent. For a good burger we go to Le Local. For a fondu, you simply cannot beat the Clin D'oeil at the bottom of town - we have to go at least once a trip!!

Skiers, snowboarders, hikers, bikers, golfers... we cater for all! There’s plenty to do in the Alps all year round so if you’re looking for a biking experience, a fun ski trip, or a relaxing retreat, we have a holiday to suit you.
We believe the mountains should be accessible to everyone and the mountains are awesome in summer or winter. The Total Mountain team have extensive knowledge of this area and if they don’t know the answer they will quickly find somebody who can help.

At Total Mountain we try to take the hard work out of arranging your holiday and we have a few added extras to make your holiday extra special. While Chalet Pleney is self catered, we work with partners, should you wish to be catered to, for one night or the whole holiday. This is subject to availability and needs to be booked and paid for in advance.
Early Check In / Late Check Out
Early check in and late check out requests are subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to accommodate.
However, if we can there is a fee of £25 for an early check in from 2pm - 4pm and a fee of £50 for check in requests before 2pm.
For late check out there is a fee of £25 for check out between 10am and 12noon. And anything later than 12noon is £50.

Shopping
Don't want the hassle of shopping on your break? Let someone take care of it for you. All you need to do is send a shopping list as least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Cost:
small shop - 50 euro plus the cost of your shopping
large shop - If your shopping is over 100 euro then an additional 20% charge of your shopping will be applied.
